Awesome audio experience. You wont find anything else like it on the AppStore

Such an awesome concept for a game. Theres a lot of controls and things to remember, but once youve got it down, its pretty fun. I do recommend playing with an over-ear headphone style. I doubt in-ears will work as well. I have a pair of noise cancelling headphones, and its great. I do feel that the audio could be enhanced a little further to be more distinct. Sometimes way the daughter says "straight ahead" she sounds more to the left or right. Combat is wicked. Brings a whole new light to figuring out your enemies patterns. I highly recommend trying this game.
I played for a while but got a little bored I think its very cool but not something Id invest time into. Kinda buggy with the "tap twice" you actually have to tap 3 times, also a little annoying sometimes with "turn right" "turn left" but its a fun interesting game.
This game is interesting to play and is also fun. It is definitely a hard game as I am not used to such concept but I am enjoying it!

You wont go wrong with this game, very innovative
This is by far one of the most interesting games I have ever played. Ive always been a fan of auditory games, and with my poor eyesight its sometimes hard for me to enjoy games. The fact that A Blind Legend is based on sound solved that problem. For reasons Ill discuss later in the review, I wasnt able to make much progress on the game, but the little progress I did make left me with a good impression of the world the story takes place in. The sound mixing was done very well as far as the area around me was concerned, but Blakes speech seemed forced and choppy. Sounds overlapped nicely for an almost 3D feel. Almost. Navigating was a horrible experience. Blake didnt want to move the way I told him at all, and I had no idea where my daughter was. A 3D sound array is forced into 2 headphone channels and just doesnt work right at all. Its impossible to tell if something is in front of you or behind, and heaven forbid something is ahead and to the left. I gave up on the very first combat instance. I spent ten minutes trying to figure out how to hit the wolf (large cat??) and it was an absolute disaster. It sounded like the stupid thing was to my right, but no matter how many times I tried to hit it I just got knocked down. I tried swinging left, right, up, down... None of them worked. The warning growl did eff all too. There were no instructions on when it was actually growling. Was the growl start the second you hear the sound? Was the growl when the volume picked up? Controls need major refinement for this game to get playable.
As a totally blind iPhone user, I find it refreshing to play a game designed for people like me. The only thing Id like to see in the next update is some mini games. Maybe sword fighting or dodging arrows.
Wow this is grate. Can you add endless mode?
As a totally blind voiceover user, I absolutely love this game. Once you get the hang of things its very immersive. The soundtrack is incredible. Because the developers took so much Care and creating the soundtrack to the game, it feels as if I am starring in my very own movie. Keep up the fabulous work. Give us more.
This game is good but I would love some better directions such as "2 steps to the right" I got very frustrated without this
Whoever thought of this was a genius I think this could become a large type of gaming for the iPhone or iPad which for me has lacked a popular game type. The story and controls arent to great however; its unresponsive and a little boring.
The idea in itself is unique. The first one of its kind but definitely not the last.
The voice of the narrator is very annoying and bad. Also it is hard to decern the directions of where the sound is coming from. Maybe its just me but Ive had a bad experience.
Love the concept of the game but its hard to tell where the enemy is coming from. Left and right both sound the same and i was using beats studio headset. Had couple of my friends try and they couldnt figure it out too
Ive not even finished the game, but I can tell you this is going to be great. This needs to be its own genre of game honestly. There is so much potential here.
This is a really interesting concept of a game. Being an experienced gamer of console, pc and mobile games, this was a refreshigg new idea that was really fun to try. But a game cant only drawn in player through an interesting idea. The idea of an all audio based game is something ive never heard of before, but when it comes down to the actual fundimentals of the game, its kind of lacking. For being an entirely audio based game, the voice acting is frankly awful. It sounds flat and emotionless. At some points, the voice acting was so bad it made me strait up cringe (cough cough fights versus mercs / soldiers) As for the story, fron what ive seen of it, it seems pretty cookie cutter rpg story. And last but not least, this game has many of some of gamers biggest pet peeves implimented (mainly a never ending, unskippable tutorial and one of my least favorite things, quick time event). These just detract from my overall experience. Overall, this game has virtually unlimited potential, but the actual nitty gritty of the game game leaves ALOT to be desired.
Idk were anything is i cant even fight because i dont know how to start a fight all i hear is a voice
Or update the voice with %updates
